The basic utility of this system is to circulate household water directly through the solar collector. It does not work well in colder climates, because the system does not have any heat exchanger or any sort of freeze protection system.

The system mainly runs on AE collectors which have got solid copper absorber plates. Absorption of solar energy becomes excellent if there is a high thermal connectivity between the fin and the tube. The welding system of AET is so fine that the heat path created is clean and uninterrupted.
