The quest to develop cleaner and greener vehicles as well as fuels has been becoming more and more intense as time passes. Among the new age future fuels, hydrogen is the most promising.

This future age vehicle which looks like something out of a sci-fi movie runs on clean and emission free hydrogen fuel cell using next generation reversible Polymer Electrolyte Membrane (PEM) technology, which operates at a lower temperature and lower pressure than standard ordinary fuel cells, which means that it is very safe to be used in bigger transport vehicles. The futuristic design gives us a sneak preview into the design of the future vehicles of the world.

The formation of hydrogen and oxygen can be seen in the two transparent plastic compartments at the back. The vehicle combines functions of electrolysis and fuel cell technologies into one power device. The car can steer on its own, without any remote controls or external help. There are also two separate cool glowing and flashing LED's (Light Emitting Diode) which flash from inside the cockpit as the car moves, so you can keep track of it in the dark and makes it look very flashy. The power for the electrolysis process can be provided by either two AA batteries or through the built in totally green solar cells.

The unit costs around $85 and gets delivered to your doorstep. However, this kit is recommended for children 14 and above and is to be used only under adult supervision. It contains small parts and should not be kept near animals or small children. The hydrogen gas is highly ignitable and is risky without proper usage. The included manual is a must read before using this kit.
