Algae to Fuel

We work with an algae to fuel project in Puerto Rico that is shovel ready, has all permits in place, has an LOI for a PPA from the utility and just received a $5M grant from the DoD.
They are seeking $10M to start operations and an additional $25M within 24 months for Phase II expansion.
