GWD6960BLS model

I bought this water dispenser exactly two years ago and to say I am not pleased with it is an understatement. Three months ago I notice the water is no longer cold even though the setting for it is on Maximum. A few days ago the red light kept flashing as if the unit is boiling water on demand. I finally unplugged the unit to reset the indicator. This morning I thought I'd tried the on demand hot water. The same thing happens. The red light kept flashing forever. I dispensed the water using the hot water button. The water was lukewarm!
