Mrs. J's Blog-Eric Bledsoe
I think this is a very good idea because it is safe, doesn't affect the atmosphere and can be done almost anywhere. Compared to oil and natural gas it seems to be much cleaner and much more efficient. I'm not sure how much it costs to create this type of set up but its probably cheaper in the long run especially since its only $1 for every billion BTU's of energy. I think it is a good idea for the U.S. to use this clean coal idea as an alternative. The U.S. is responsible for a lot of the worlds pollution and with this new technology we can become a cleaner nation as a whole. Although one day we are going to run out of coal just like we're going to run out of oil, so for a short time it will help the U.S. out a lot but in the long run we need to start looking into renewable resources.
