I think this option is a good alternative to burning fossil fuels and other "dirty" resources. In the US, this seems as though it would fit perfectly considering the heavy use of coal as heating fuel. It is a relatively long term idea, but I still believe that alternative fuels and resources should be found and used in the future. For the time being, however, cleanly burning coal seems like a good idea.
