Wind and Solar projects in Baja California/ Mexico.

We are a financial sourcing company for GREEN energy projects.

Two of them (wind and solar) are in Baja California, Mexico and we are seeking funds for them.
They will be supplying energy to California and other border states as well as Mexico.
Transmission lines are in place but need to be up graded.
PPAs are being negotiated and most permits have been secured.
As you may know 30% of California's energy needs to be from renewable sources by 2013.
