Ref; Wind power projects

We are looking to develop a wind turbines assembling line in Niger Uganda or other countries where we can have the gov as equity partner or other parties with 25% min .The rest of funds we can secure .We have the transfer technology contract sign up with AMSC/US
The rest of funds we get via EPC contractors to whom we are associated to build Turn Key projects
From local production of wind turbines we shall build wind parks and create jobs build local economy and so forth.
If there are any energy projects or the like awaiting for funds in Niger Uganda other countries please reply to me asap
